In the UK, The Sun newspaper has something called "Page 3", basically, Page 3 of the newspaper is a hot babe with her whams out.
Anyway, years ago, that's all it was. Then female rights groups campaigned for change, now they have speech bubbles with their comments on current affiars.
So it's like, a hot chick, whams out, saying "I think George Bush was really bad for going to Iraq"...yeah...looks like that improved our view of the intelligence. HAHA.

We also have the Daily Star, that's like, porn mag meets sport. All the teens buy it cus it's not age restriced.
