Thread: 10 Ways to Increase your Battery Life

Are these pointers still accurate with th 3GS? Some of the things that are mentioned in the original post aren't there, the I realized that this was posted in 2008. I am trying to preserve my battery life since it was probably the number 1 complaint I heard from iPhone users. I have no complaints so far, but in a year I don't want my battery to be so worn out that I have to charge my phone twice a day!

That's awesome. I have always looked for ways to increase my battery life. Its too bad I use my email too much while using my IPhone. Its hard to stop, especially while one is on the run.

Thank you for those tips! I think one of the most important things to do is to let your battery get as low as possible before charging and then making sure that you charge it all the way back up. I can't remember the details of the science, but this is supposed to extend the life of the battery.
