iPhone 3GS icon keep messing up HELP PLZ :(

I bought an iPhone 3G S 16G on the first day that it came out. I synced all my music, applications and contacts (mobile me) to my phone after a day some apps icon keep acting weird as you can see in the picture. They would randomly be exchanged by each other...! I restore my phone few times without from the previous back up and still the same problem. I took it to apple store and they gave me a new phone and STILL same thing happened. I am not doing anything unusual with the phone. I dont know why it keeps doing this...! anybody knows ? plz help this drives me craaaazy
