Thread: Wi-fi problem with TalkTalk modem

I have the new Iphone 3G and the Wi-fi wont work at home. It works on other Wi-fi networks away from home but not on my home wi-fi. Can anyone help me work out to get it at home.. Takes ages to use phone internet as poor signal area.

I know it may sound daft, but have you checked the security on your home wifi?
You may need to input the security code into your iPhone to let it connect.

hey just chk out settings of your wifi netwok at home...though the security code mght not be a problem.. but check if need to configure ur wifi network or ur phone!

Definitely sounds like an issue with the security settings on your home wifi modem. I would check that out and see if there is a firewall that is blocking that signal.
