Save the picture to whatever computer you are using for your iPhone and then sync your phone. Then set it as a wallpaper.

I'm almost embarrassed to ask this question. I just bought my iPhone a couple of days ago. I'm getting used to it but I have few questions...but I will save those for another thread.

My question for now is... how do you sync your phone? Do you mean save them to your pc and then get them over to iTunes, then sync? I'm assuming anything you upload to your iPhone has to come from iTunes.

    Thanks!

Yup, save the pictures on your computer, open iTunes, connect the iPhone, then go to the photos tab and it should explain the rest.

OK. I saved it to my pc and followed instructions from iTunes. A popup said Flushed_R2 cannot be copied because it cannot be displayed on my phone.

Do I need to change the file extension?

BTW I still have version 1.0.2

Hmmm, I'm not too sure what to make of that. The iPhone should understand jpg and the rest, I'm trusting that is the format the images are in.

Save all of your wallpapers to a folder. You can call it something like "iphone-wallapers".
In iTunes (PC or Mac) do the following:

    1. Click the Photos tab and select "Sync photos from:"
    2. From the pop-up menu, do the following:
    3. Choose the iphone-wallpapers folder, or which ever folder you have saved the iPhone wallpapers too.
    4. You can then choose "All photos," or choose "Selected folders" or "Selected albums" and choose the folders or albums you want to sync.
    5. Then from your iPhone go to: Settings --> Wallpaper --> Photo Library and then choose which iPhone wallpaper you would like to set. Thats it!

Thats weird. I was able to sync the wallpaper from the site you mentioned but not from this one > hypoxic on deviantART. Both wallpapers were in the same folder but only one wallpaper synced to my iPhone. They are both .jpg.
