Thread: Does anyone have current iPhone sales numbers?

I have heard they sold 500-000 to 700,000 the first weekend and there is speculation that total sales by year end willl be 4.5 million to 5.25 million depending who you ask.

Does anyone have or has Apple released any solid numbers? I can't seem to find any info on this.

Well, I read that they hadn't met their target on one site, and on another they had exceeded expectations.

I really don't know how the iPhone is doing in sales. I was hoping it wouldn't be a PS3, with all the initial interest, that all vanished as fast as it had begun.
